Datos de un estudio de Factorial muestran además que un 59.2% de empresas considera que ofrecer la posibilidad de trabajar en modalidad mixta es determinante para la captación y retención del talento.
El 2020 fue el año de las cuarentenas y confinamientos que dio como resultado el boom del teletrabajo y la formación a distancia. Desde entonces, las compañías no han dejado de buscar fórmulas flexibles y eficaces para ajustar sus dinámicas de trabajo a la evolución de la pandemia.
Ahora, que se cumplirá un año de la anterior Ley del teletrabajo, y cuando todavía la pandemia no ha terminado, la modalidad híbrida de trabajo cobra especial protagonismo. En este contexto, los expertos del software de recursos humanos Factorial explican, a través de un estudio, cuál es el impacto de esta modalidad de trabajo en España y cómo gestionarla en las empresas.
Una de las razones por las cuales surge la experiencia laboral híbrida es para mitigar las desventajas de generar el modelo de desempeño 100% a distancia. Si bien es cierto que los trabajadores demuestran ser más eficientes fuera de los espacios de trabajo tradicionales, el aspecto que más se resiente es el social o humano.
Sin compañeros con quienes interactuar, la función vincular que cumple el hecho de estar insertos en un trabajo se pierde. Y con ello, se perjudican las dinámicas internas y por lo tanto la cultura de la empresa también puede sufrir fuertes alteraciones no siempre positivas.
Otro aspecto que también se ve dañado con el trabajo 100% a distancia, es el equilibrio entre la vida personal y laboral que puede conducir a serios escenarios de estrés laboral y burnout. Igualmente, para la gestión de talento joven, las formas de trabajo tradicionales no son acordes con su forma de vida y de trabajo, por lo que el modelo híbrido es una buena posibilidad de integrar a las diferentes generaciones que conforman el tejido productivo actual.
Por su parte, un estudio llevado a cabo por la empresa multinacional de telecomunicaciones, Cisco Systems, muestra datos muy positivos que apoyan la iniciativa del trabajo mixto:
Desde Factorial han logrado conectar con más de 100 empresas de diferentes industrias: desde el sector de la salud, hasta la contabilidad, asesoría laboral y tecnología. A partir de ahí han obtenido datos significativos que respaldan la tendencia que ya se hace sentir. Y es que, el trabajo híbrido es, efectivamente, la modalidad imperante en la actualidad. A pesar de que los mayores desafíos del trabajo mixto son la comunicación (59.2%) y los inconvenientes legales (34.7%), lo cierto es que resulta beneficioso cuando se habla del engagement de empleados (70.4%) y la gestión de tiempo (48%).
En cuanto a las ventajas del uso de esta metodología de empleo, una gran mayoría de empresas considera que ofrecer la posibilidad de trabajar en modalidad mixta es determinante para la captación y retención del talento (59.2%).
Por este motivo, un 87.8% de las organizaciones (prácticamente la totalidad de la muestra) ofrece o al menos contempla la posibilidad de brindar a futuros candidatos y empleados el trabajo mixto como un beneficio extra.
Esto se debe no solo al cambio de época actual, sino que al momento de evaluar los Indicadores Clave de RRHH, los cambios positivos alcanzan un 24.5%. Esto en cuanto se refiere a bajas médicas y absentismo, entre otros. Si bien el cambio no es significativo, las repercusiones en general son positivas o neutrales.
Obedeciendo a la lógica imperante que hizo del teletrabajo la única estrategia posible para mantener a las empresas operativas en 2020, un 51% de las organizaciones consultadas por Factorial argumentan no haber realizado modificaciones en este sentido.
Según explican desde la tecnológica, los cambios que usualmente se dan y abren paso a la convergencia del trabajo híbrido son la implementación de hot desks (escritorios comunes) con un 14.4% y la flexibilidad de los horarios de la jornada laboral (32.7%).
Igualmente, el 61.5% de las compañías consultadas aseguran que el trabajo en modalidad híbrida o mixta será implantado en lo sucesivo en forma permanente. Esto frente a un 23.1% que hará lo propio, solo que limitado a ciertas áreas/equipos de trabajo.
En la actualidad, la compañía, que cuenta ya con una plantilla formada por 257 trabajadores, tiene previsto en los próximos meses duplicar todos los equipos.
