ha identificado los cinco grandes motores tecnológicos que marcarán el año que acaba de comenzar. Sus consultores conocen al detalle las demandas de los clientes en materia de innovación y lo analizan en su informe anual CIO Survey que acaba de ver la luz. Como subraya el director general de Logicalis Spain, Alex Zaragoza, “una de las grandes conclusiones que compartimos con las principales consultoras mundiales es que hay cinco grandes áreas que marcarán la innovación este año en las empresas y entidades de todo el mundo”.
El directivo resume así estos grandes retos de las organizaciones en 2022:
Alex Zaragoza destaca que vivimos “la era del cliente” y que “la transformación forma parte del ADN de las empresas modernas, nadie quiere quedarse fuera, sobre todo ahora que todos somos conscientes del gran valor que aportan a cualquier negocio y de la importancia de ofrecer productos y servicios que se ajusten a sus demandas y expectativas».
En este sentido, el grado de madurez de la implantación de la Experiencia de Cliente en las organizaciones, según los últimos datos de la octava edición de Logicalis Global CIO Survey, cobra importancia y se sitúa como una de las principales áreas a reforzar en los próximos años para 4 de cada 5 encuestados (el 81%).
Como amplía el director de operaciones de la filial española de Logicalis, Pepe Garcia“la gran obsesión de las empresas pasa ahora por utilizar la innovación en TI para proporcionar el mejor servicio posible al cliente con el objeto de estrechar la relación con ellos y por tanto su nivel de compromiso. Además, quieren hacerlo en tiempo real, mientras se están produciendo las interacciones, y no a posteriori como se ha venido haciendo en el pasado. Esto se logra con tecnologías que aprovechen al máximo la gran cantidad de datos que se pueden analizar tanto de interacciones pasadas como de las que se están produciendo en el momento, extrayendo la información que atesoran para mejorar así la experiencia en su conjunto y la posibilidad de negocio incremental”.
La tecnología Cloud hace años que ha logrado flexibilizar la gestión y economía de los recursos digitales de las organizaciones. Ha permitido digitalizar miles de empresas, muchas veces ancladas a sistemas informáticos clásicos, alojados en sus propias instalaciones. Pero eso ha cambiado mucho en los últimos años y los recursos en la nube o en entornos híbridos han proliferado, por sus evidentes ventajas de flexibilidad y escala.
El 59% de los mil responsables informáticos que ha consultado Logicalis en todo el mundo reconoce que la mayoría de sus servicios y tecnologías informáticas residen en la nube. Pero, poner en marcha una estrategia Cloud adecuada no es un desafío simple y muchas iniciativas de este tipo han fracasado en términos de costes, seguridad y fiabilidad, como reconoce Pepe Garcia.
Por ello, es fundamental que las entidades cuenten con una visión completa y a largo plazo de las implicaciones que tiene la transición a cloud o a una arquitectura híbrida, comprendiendo qué los motiva y qué ventajas van a obtener, gestionando la transición, gobernando el nuevo entorno y controlando los costes. Solo de esta manera lograrán conseguir los objetivos inicialmente marcados.
Este último año los amenazas en el área de ciberseguridad en las empresas han aumentado. Tan solo en nuestro país, según revela un estudio elaborado por el INCIBE, más de la mitad de la población internauta, un 55,3%, experimentó algún incidente de ciberseguridad durante los primeros seis meses de 2021.
Todo indica que las medidas de ciberseguridad seguirán creciendo y resolviendo algunos de los principales retos tecnológicos de las organizaciones. Una estrategia segura de trabajo remoto es esencial para garantizar el futuro de las empresas, junto a políticas y planes de acción que permitan afrontar situaciones complejas.
En esta línea, el último CIO Survey de la compañía afirma que aquellas empresas que han invertido en mitigar riesgos de seguridad, la mayor parte (66%) ha destinado su presupuesto a adquirir nuevas tecnologías, como firewalls, software de protección cibernética y gestión de contraseñas.
La transición al mundo cloud y a la hibridación implican por definición la búsqueda de mayor flexibilidad y escalabilidad. Para conseguirlas sin incurrir en costes incrementales permanentes es necesario automatizar al máximo tanto los procesos operacionales como los de gestión que los soportan. Las previsiones del especialista IDC apuntan a que el mercado RPA se doblará en los próximos años, creciendo a tasas del 50,1% en nuestro país. Si bien en España se está produciendo una adopción de estas tecnologías de forma progresiva, a nivel europeo se calcula una inversión en torno a los 1.229 millones en 2022.
Talento y más talento. Esa es la gran asignatura pendiente del mercado. Las organizaciones tienen aquí su gran talón de Aquiles y van a poner sus radares en encontrar el gran tesoro de nuestros días, los perfiles capaces de afrontar la gran transformación digital de los negocios.
La industria estima que los perfiles de personal IT para el área de ciberseguridad, en pleno auge, alcanzarán un total de 1.8 millones de especialistas en todo el mundo este año, un 20% superior al pronóstico realizado en 2015, según datos del IEBS Business School.
En esta línea, alcanzar estos niveles de oferta ante la creciente demanda será el gran caballo de batalla y todo apunta a que será librado por las grandes corporaciones de todo el mundo a lo largo de 2022, como sostienen los responsables de Logicalis.
