A casi ocho de cada diez (79%) empleados españoles les gustaría reconsiderar y modificar su forma de trabajo pre-Covid 19
En lugar de volver a la misma situación de antes, los trabajadores españoles se plantean nuevas prioridades, como dedicar más tiempo a sus seres queridos (49%) y a sus aficiones (32%), poder ahorrar (43%), o teletrabajar (32%). Son datos que pone de manifiesto un nuevo estudio global encargado por Kaspersky y realizado entre 8.000 empleados de PYMES de diversos sectores en todo el mundo.
La realidad del teletrabajo ha provocado que los equipos directivos se centren en la resiliencia y seguridad de sus empresas. Por su parte, los empleados están utilizando este momento de cambio como una oportunidad para reevaluar sus prioridades y planificar un futuro en torno a lo que realmente les importa. A medida que la vida laboral y personal se modifica, los empleados se ven con más posibilidades de decidir.
El hecho de no tener que cumplir con las rígidas rutinas de trabajo, hace que los empleados estén reconsiderando la “nueva normalidad” en lo laboral, buscando inspiración en culturas de trabajo más ágiles, satisfactorias y humanas. En el futuro, a más de la mitad de los trabajadores españoles (51%) les gustaría dejar atrás la estructura horaria tradicional de 9 a 17h, cifra que es aún mayor en la franja de 25 a 34 años (55%), lo que sugiere una tendencia creciente. A algo más de una cuarta parte de los españoles encuestados (27%) les gustaría también cambiar la semana laboral de cinco días y a un porcentaje similar les gustaría romper con la estructura de puestos de trabajo fijos en las oficinas.
La encuesta también destacó que casi un tercio (32%) de los empleados españoles ven el teletrabajo como el cuarto mayor beneficio que pueden extraer de la crisis del coronavirus, tan solo superado por pasar tiempo con la familia (49%), posibilidad de ahorrar (43%) o dedicar más tiempo a sus aficiones (34%). De hecho, la mayoría de las ventajas giran en torno a la búsqueda de nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento personal fuera del trabajo, ya que conseguir ese equilibrio entre el trabajo y la vida privada se vuelve aún más importante.
Sin embargo, a medida que los empleados siguen incorporando formas de trabajo más flexibles y pensando en el futuro, es fundamental que las empresas continúen adaptando e incrementando su apoyo a las mismas. Dado que cuatro de cada diez (41%) trabajadores españoles encuestados demanda más apoyo tecnológico de su organización para teletrabajar, queda de manifiesto la necesidad urgente de proporcionarles las herramientas y la tecnología para mejorar su productividad, conectividad y seguridad.
Alexander Moiseev, director de Negocios de Kaspersky, apunta: «Estamos en un momento decisivo y realmente interesante. Lo que estamos viendo ahora es que los empleados usan la tecnología para ser dueños de su futuro, y toman activamente la delantera para abrazar los cambios en busca de una mayor libertad y flexibilidad. Las empresas tienen el deber de transformar y remodelar el lugar de trabajo para que sea más productivo, sostenible y adaptativo».
