La nueva Guía sobre el modelo de trabajo híbrido elaborada por Robert Walters, consultora líder en búsqueda y selección especializada de mandos intermedios
y directivos a nivel global, recoge las inquietudes de miles de profesionales, además de las impresiones del gabinete de expertos del Grupo Robert Walters, respecto a las implicaciones que trae consigo el nuevo mundo laboral y las nuevas modalidades de trabajo híbrido.
Tradicionalmente, la mayoría de las grandes empresas se apoyan en un modelo tradicional: aquel en el que los empleados se reúnen en una sede corporativa con un horario fijo.
Sin embargo, la llegada del trabajo híbrido ha causado que ahora el 85% de los profesionales esperen más flexibilidad para trabajar desde casa en el futuro (Encuesta Laboral Global de Robert Walters).
Teniendo en cuenta que este mismo estudio indica que el 78% de los profesionales serían más propensos a unirse a una compañía que ofrezca modelos de trabajo híbridos, las empresas deben desarrollar nuevos modelos que atraigan y fidelicen al mejor talento. Así, tal y como comenta Alberto Muñoz, Director de la División de Tecnología & Digital en Robert Walters: “En la medida que sea posible, es recomendable que las organizaciones faciliten a sus empleados elegir a qué modelo laboral quieren acogerse en base a sus circunstancias personales y profesionales. Los profesionales de gran talento tienen más probabilidades de unirse a una nueva compañía cuando confían en que la organización les permitirá ser innovadores y productivos. Para los empleados, esto significa que sus ideas serán escuchadas y estarán equipados para obtener resultados”.

Para muchos profesionales que han adoptado el modelo de trabajo híbrido, la difuminación de las líneas entre el hogar y el trabajo ha pasado factura. No solo el 85% de los trabajadores a nivel mundial declaró que su bienestar disminuyó (Harvard Business Review), sino que además el 54% de la mano de obra mundial se siente con exceso de trabajo y el 39% se siente agotado (Encuesta de Microsoft).
