El teletrabajo es una realidad con el 51% de los trabajadores en teletrabajo, frente al 27% que lo estaba antes de la pandemia, según un estudio de Econocom.
Carlos Perez-Herce, Country Manager de Grupo Econocom, declara: “Este estudio refleja los recursos y medios necesarios de los que deberán disponer las empresas para garantizar las expectativas de los usuarios. La transformación digital es ya un hecho y el teletrabajo ha venido para quedarse, al menos de forma parcial, a través de un modelo híbrido”.
La pandemia ha acelerado la adaptación al teletrabajo en España con un 51% de los trabajadores que teletrabajan frente al 27% que lo había experimentado antes. Además, para siete de cada 10 trabajadores esta crisis va a tener un impacto duradero en la organización del teletrabajo.
En cuanto a las ventajas percibidas por los trabajadores las principales son el tiempo ahorrado durante los trayectos (94%) y el dinero ahorrado (87%), frente a la principal desventaja que es la pérdida de las relaciones sociales (77%) que se percibe como un posible riesgo de aislamiento por parte del trabajador.
A pesar de que el teletrabajo haya llegado para quedarse, frente a la situación actual, los trabajadores preferirían implantar un régimen híbrido con una media de tres días de teletrabajo a la semana (29%).
La organización del teletrabajo durante la pandemia ha generado satisfacción entre los trabajadores (72%), a pesar de que han echado en falta ayudas económicas por parte de su empresa.
Además, se ha convertido en un factor clave para que los trabajadores permanezcan en su puesto de trabajo (55%) o bien busquen un empleo que lo garantice (55%).
La medida principal puesta en marcha por las empresas han sido las soluciones digitales (48%) con las cuales tres de cada cuatro trabajadores se han mostrado satisfechos. Mientras que uno de cada tres trabajadores se encuentra insatisfechos ante el material informático (38%), principal punto de mejora.
Los empleados del sector público se han mostrado más críticos con la transición al teletrabajo y un 45% considera que no ha sido fluida. También se muestran insatisfechos tanto con las soluciones digitales que se han implementado (35%), como con los equipos materiales proporcionados (45%-50%).
A pesar de que el teletrabajo se ha instalado entre los trabajadores de manera satisfactoria, todavía tiene margen de progreso ya que la mitad de los trabajadores que nunca han trabajado porque su labor no les permite trabajar a distancia, les gustaría poder hacerlo. Además, según los encuestados, actualmente la mitad de las empresas han realizado una pausa en el desarrollo del teletrabajo después de la pandemia.
Aunque los trabajadores se muestran satisfechos en un 72% por las soluciones digitales implementadas por sus empresas, también consideran que la empresa puede invertir todavía más (43%) en otras medidas para poder mejorar la situación.
Son los propios trabajadores los que han dibujado las vías de mejora del teletrabajo con medidas como un cambio del equipo informático (46%) y soluciones para acceder a las aplicaciones y servidores como si estuviéramos en la oficina (40%).
