La adopción de la nube en España se ha consolidado y se espera que siga creciendo en 2023. De hecho, según el ‘Informe del Mercado Cloud en España 2022, elaborado por la consultora Quint, el mercado cloud nacional crecerá más de un 21% este año.
Estos datos vienen a confirmar que las tecnologías en la nube han llegado para quedarse y que actualmente son un factor clave para la transformación digital de nuestra sociedad, nuestra economía y nuestros negocios. Aquellas empresas que quieran seguir siendo competitivas deberán apostar por el cloud porque ya no podemos entender muchos aspectos de nuestro día a día sin estas tecnologías y las ventajas que incorporan: seguridad, accesibilidad, reducción de costes, interoperabilidad, movilidad de aplicaciones o la escalabilidad necesaria para poder ampliar y reducir los recursos según vaya variando también la demanda de los clientes/ciudadanos en determinadas campañas o momentos del año.
Hoy, cualquiera de nosotros utilizamos constantemente las tecnologías en la nube tanto en nuestro ámbito profesional como personal. Almacenamos nuestros datos y nuestras fotos, enviamos mensajes, hacemos pagos o incluso disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo de ocio a través de las diferentes plataformas de streaming. Por eso la pregunta que muchas empresas empiezan a hacerse ya es ¿por qué no apostar también por el cloud para comunicarse con los clientes?
En la mayoría de los casos, la respuesta a esta pregunta, y la principal barrera para la adopción de la telefonía cloud, es el desconocimiento. Muchos negocios no saben realmente el salto cualitativo que darían si se decidieran a apostar por ella, sobre todo en un contexto tan complejo como el actual, marcado por el auge y consolidación del trabajo híbrido o el cambio en las necesidades y perfiles de los consumidores.

La telefonía cloud permite a cualquier negocio llevar a cabo todas sus comunicaciones, manteniendo e incluso mejorando la calidad de sus llamadas, de forma mucho más asequible, ya que tan solo requiere disponer de una conexión a Internet. No es necesario contar con una centralita física, ni adquirir multitud de terminales fijos, ni invertir en costosas instalaciones ni actualizaciones periódicas.
Pensemos, por ejemplo, en todas esas empresas que quieren mejorar sus departamentos de atención al cliente o Call Centers.
