En este año están aflorando la multitud de ofertas de trabajo en las que es “imprescindible” el teletrabajo. Vivir en la ciudad donde está localizada la empresa ha pasado ya a un segundo plano y a día de hoy el 80% de los directivos/as permitirían que su plantilla cambie de residencia según el último análisis de tendencias de Alares y Fundación Alares. Ante este panorama, se abre un nuevo escenario este verano: el de nómadas digitales, convertidos en turistas y personas trabajadoras al mismo tiempo. Una de cada dos personas preguntadas tiene pensado viajar y teletrabajar alguna vez en los próximos meses.
Al 80% de las personas trabajadoras les gustaría contar con planes de conciliación de teletrabajo y vida personal. Una de las consecuencias de este cambio será la generación de entornos de confianza, al gestionar la diversidad en todas sus formas y ofrecer soluciones a medida, que darán lugar a “equipos de contaminación positiva”. Las empresas podrán analizar, a partir del fomento y la extensión de estos entornos, si las medidas implantadas para lograr el cambio se adaptan y responden a las necesidades de nuestros equipos de personas.
El perfil de la persona nómada digital es mujer, de entre 30-40 años, que vive en grandes ciudades, trabaja en el sector de la Consultoría, tiene pareja, sin hijos y sin personas mayores a cargo. Los destinos preferidos para teletrabajar este verano son, por orden: el Norte de España (1º), Levante y Costa mediterránea (2º) e Islas Canarias y Andalucía (empatadas en 3ª posición).
Aunque el 54% considera que después de un año, el teletrabajo sigue teniendo más beneficios que trabajar de forma presencial, casi el 60% ha experimentado un mayor aumento de su vida sedentaria. Por eso, muchas empresas han implementado planes de hábitos saludables que consisten en: asesoramiento nutricional online para promover el estilo de vida saludable, recomendaciones para evitar el sedentarismo y la desconexión digital, etc.
Las empresas consultadas manifiestan que su principal preocupación es la conciliación de la vida familiar, laboral y personal de su plantilla. Sin embargo, solo el 31% de las empresas ha puesto en marcha un plan de conciliación acorde a las nuevas necesidades. Todo ello indica que las organizaciones deben trabajar de forma contundente para mejorar las condiciones de vida de su capital humano y con ello aumentar la productividad.
Desde Alares, recomiendan la creación de “comités de valoración” para que las empresas y las plantillas acuerden adoptar medidas concretas que realmente les proporcionen la ayuda para conciliar, teniendo en cuenta las distintas diversidades, y no solo en el ámbito de la vida familiar, sino en el ocio e intereses personales. Todo ello redundará en un mayor sentimiento de pertenencia, mayor compromiso y mayor productividad.
A pesar de que las empresas son partidarias del teletrabajo, son conocedoras de los inconvenientes que pueden surgir si no se gestiona bien. El análisis de tendencias sobre el teletrabajo en el segundo semestre de 2021 destaca el “escaqueo y absentismo” como la segunda preocupación más importante. Por ello, el 44% de los directivos/a han puesto en marcha planes para evitar este tipo de actuaciones.
El análisis de tendencias sobre el teletrabajo en España, realizado por Alares y Fundación Alares, pone atención en la desigualdad y el déficit en la gestión de la diversidad. Las empresas tienen una gran preocupación por las personas, pero no están poniendo las medidas para mejorar las desviaciones negativas del teletrabajo.
Una herramienta de conciliación que ha venido para quedarse es el “flexiworking”. Se trata de un método de trabajo que permite el ejercicio laboral sin horarios, es decir, de forma totalmente flexible y que prima el trabajo por objetivos. En este caso, es la persona trabajadora la que puede elegir cuándo y cómo realizar su trabajo.
Cuando se hace posible esta herramienta de trabajo, se da la posibilidad a las personas de organizar su propio tiempo en función de los objetivos que deben cumplir. El problema puede surgir cuando las personas no se organizan y acaban realizando más horas ampliando con ello su jornada laboral. Una alternativa es ayudar a la persona trabajadora a organizar su tiempo, clarificar y priorizar objetivos, puesto que no todas las personas tienen la misma capacidad ni experiencia para adaptarse a esta modalidad. Por ello, la empresa debe facilitar los cauces necesarios o la formación pertinente, para que cada persona aprenda a gestionar su tiempo de forma correcta para llegar a los objetivos sin perjudicar ninguna de sus esferas personales.
