La tendencia data driven y la llegada de hubs digitales a España son algunos de los motores que impulsan este sector en auge.
En los últimos años las empresas han entendido la importancia de adaptarse a un entorno digitalizado que les permita mejorar sus operaciones y continuar siendo competitivas en un mercado cambiante. Esto ha generado un crecimiento significativo en el sector IT desde el inicio de la pandemia. Todo este contexto, y dependiendo también de la evolución de la situación actual mundial, hace prever un crecimiento en contrataciones del 100% durante los próximos dos años, según datos del Estudio de Remuneración Salarial de Technology by PageGroup, marca especializada en la selección de perfiles cualificados en IT y digital.
La buena perspectiva de crecimiento en este sector se debe, principalmente, a la tendencia data driven, ya que las empresas priorizan la información y avanzan hacia una toma de decisiones basada en datos. En este sentido, se espera que esta tendencia tenga una evolución positiva en los próximos cinco años.
Por otro lado, España se ha convertido en uno de los hubs tecnológicos más importantes de Europa (especialmente en Barcelona y Málaga), lo que contribuye al aumento en la demanda de profesionales de IT, tanto para perfiles relacionados con el Big Data, Cloud y Software; como para las áreas de Fintech y Healthcare.
La tendencia salarial en el sector IT también será positiva y se esperan subidas de un 10% de media con respecto al año anterior. El nuevo modelo de trabajo en remoto, que ha permitido que muchos profesionales de IT trabajen para empresas extranjeras con salarios superiores; y la escasez de talento cualificado debido a la alta demanda de perfiles en el sector son algunas de las razones que explican el alza en las remuneraciones.
Entre los perfiles con mayores subidas salariales destacan el devops engineer, que se sitúa entre los 42.000 y 80.000 euros para profesionales entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia en empresas que facturan entre 20 y 50 millones de euros. Bajo las mismas condiciones, el de software engineer oscila entre los 35.000 y 65.000; y el de programador, entre los 35.000 y 55.000 euros. Solo estos tres perfiles suponen en torno a un 40% de las contrataciones anuales.
Durante este año, se espera también un aumento en la demanda de posiciones claves para liderar el cambio tecnológico en las empresas, posiciones de C-level, como CIOs y CTOs. Los perfiles relacionados con los sistemas de gestión del negocio en cloud también serán muy demandados por las empresas, especialmente en las áreas de ERPs y aplicaciones. En cuanto a las soft skills, las habilidades de liderazgo, empatía o capacidad comunicativa serán las más solicitadas.
Aunque la tendencia en el ámbito empresarial es el modelo de trabajo híbrido, que mayoritariamente combina dos días en oficina y tres de teletrabajo, los candidatos/as demandan trabajar por completo en remoto. Por otro lado, participar en entornos tecnológicamente punteros y los paquetes con beneficios sociales como gimnasio, vacaciones extras o acceso a plataformas de entretenimiento son también un plus para los profesionales del sector.
