El mercado actual está cambiando, y las empresas españolas saben que para ser competentes en sus sectores deben transformarse digitalmente. Un estudio reciente de Íncipy e Inesdi muestra que el 75% de las empresas españolas se encuentran en fase avanzada en la digitalización de sus negocios en lo que se refiere a RRHH.

Es por esto que los departamentos de RRHH, y especialmente los responsables de selección de personal, deben especializarse en el campo digital, pues el sector demanda un perfil capaz de hacer frente a las nuevas tendencias y posiciones. El Big Data es sin duda la base fundamental para entender el resto de las tendencias en el sector de los RRHH. Gracias al Big Data los datos se convierten en información, y a la vez los números se transforman en personas. Mediante la analítica de datos, si se aplica a la gestión de personal o people analytics, se puede obtener un conjunto de informaciones respecto a la trayectoria de los colaboradores, cosa que ayuda a predecir cuál será el desempeño de los candidatos una vez se incorporasen a la empresa.
El segundo must es la inteligencia artificial. De entre todas las herramientas digitales para promover la motivación en la plantilla, la gamificación es una de las más efectivas. Consiste en aplicar un conjunto de técnicas y conceptos del juego en diversas actividades de la empresa. El empleo de los juegos en el ámbito laboral, lejos de suponer una pérdida de tiempo y de concentración a la plantilla, supone una serie de ventajas más que interesantes para cualquier empresa: formar el personal, fomentar el trabajo en equipo, fomentar la motivación y el compromiso y seleccionar a los candidatos.
Según Fernando González, consultor especializado en el sector IT de la consultoría S&you, “cada vez es más frecuente usar métodos alternativos de este ámbito para la selección de personal, en vez de hacer una entrevista ‘clásica’ o una dinámica de grupo estructurada donde puedes prepararte las respuestas previamente, porque siempre se usan las mismas”.
En ese sentido, “se emplean cada vez más juegos de situaciones reales tipo ‘scape room’, donde se puede ver el desempeño in situ de cada persona ante problemáticas concretas, así como sus habilidades esenciales para cualquier ámbito laboral como son la tolerancia a la frustración, la resolución de problemas o el trabajo en equipo”.
