El concepto de humanización en un mundo tan digital parece cada vez más complicado de mantener. En plena era de los robots, de las máquinas, de la IA y de las nuevas tecnologías, la importancia del factor humano se va desvaneciendo, al menos a simple vista. Por ello, es responsabilidad de los RRHH tratar de mantener y ensalzar el talento de las personas pues será un aspecto diferencial en el presente y futuro del entorno laboral y empresarial.
Por ello, cuidar a las personas y su entorno así como tener un propósito claro resulta crucial a la hora de mantener ese grado de humanización dentro de un mundo tan virtualizado. «La tecnología tiene la total capacidad para reemplazarnos al 100% pero lo importante es que nosotros decidamos que lo haga. Para que la usemos y cómo la usemos será lo que determinará los resultados», admitía el reconocido emprendedor argentino Mateo Salvatto en el webinar celebrado el pasado jueves titulado ‘Humanizando el talento a través de la gamificación: cómo ser sustentables mediante la tecnología’.
El encuentro, organizado por Nawaiam y RRHHDigital, contó con la participación de grandes expertos en tecnología como el citado Mateo Salvatto, emprendedor tecnológico y CEO de Asteroid Technologies, y Javeir Krawicki, cofundador de Nawaiam, así como directores de RRHH, de reconocida experiencia en el ámbito digital como Javier Vidaurreta, Spain Country People Lead de WPP, y Daniel Ruiz, director de RRHH de Cardiva.
Entre todos ellos, aportaron las claves para humanizar el talento en plena transformación digital y dejaron claro la importancia del factor humano y que los robots no nos arrebatarán el trabajo sino que optimizarán el trabajo de las personas y les ayudará a ser mucho más productivos. «Hay gente que teme que la tecnología le quite el trabajo. Pero la tecnología, bien empleada, nos permite ahorrar y optimizar tiempo», comentó Javier Krawicki. El argentino también añadió que «la tecnología te ayuda a estar en el corazón de tu trabajo, junto a las personas».
Por su parte, Daniel Ruiz introdujo el término ‘tecno-optimista’: «Debemos ser ‘tecno-optimistas’. La tecnología es necesaria, cada día nos va a hacer más capaces y eso es algo positivo. Si somos capaces de transformar digitalmente nuestra empresa, esta adquirirá mucho más valor social». Por otro lado, Javier Vidaurreta también tiene claro que el «propósito» es vital a la hora de utilizar la tecnología en favor del trabajo y de las personas.
Hablando de la gamificación y cómo los videojuegos se han convertido en una herramienta que optimiza los procesos de selección, formación… en definitiva, la labor de los RRHH, los ponentes tienen claro su gran valor. «Los videojuegos se instalan como una herramienta de crecimiento y lo lúdico es una gran herramienta de aprendizaje», dijo Mateo Salvatto. Por su parte, Javier Krawicki como responsable de Nawaiam tiene claro que «si empleamos esta tecnología en los procesos de selección y reclutamiento, dejamos a un lado el proceso tedioso y le dedicamos más tiempo al proceso creativo, a la humanización, a crear vínculo«.
Y es que a través de los videojuegos, los responsables de selección y RRHH pueden descubrir habilidades que incluso desconocían los propios candidatos. «Es muy interesante para el autoconocimiento. Poder evaluar a las personas a través de una gamificación nos conecta con lo esencial, con nosotros mismos y con las personas. Deberíamos gamificarnos la vida«, concluyó Krawicki.
Por su parte, Javier Vidaurreta también apuesta por la gamificación debe ser clara en el presente y en el futuro: «Nawaiam es un claro ejemplo de cómo combinar tecnología y humanización en los procesos de selección y reclutamiento, a través de la diversión y el entretenimiento».
