Según el último estudio de Vanson Bourne para Avanade, casi la mitad de las empresas españolas (45%) destinan parte de su inversión a mejorar la tecnología de la empresa sin integrarlo en sus sistemas, es decir, sin aprovechar el máximo rendimiento de las mismas, suponiendo una barrera a la transformación digital.
Esto resulta especialmente sorprendente si se tiene en cuenta que la encuesta revela una firme apuesta de las empresas españolas por la transformación digital, con un 49,3% de las mismas afirmando que la transformación digital es una prioridad absoluta y que todas ellas aseguran tener un plan de transformación digital en marcha.
Además, el 29,3% de los empleados considera que sus empresas deberían mejorar a la hora de facilitar las herramientas necesarias para llevar a cabo la transformación digital, ya que, en su opinión, supone otra barrera más en la gestión del cambio que implica la transformación digital y redunda en una pérdida de oportunidades para el negocio.
En este contexto, más de la mitad de las empresas españolas (53,3%) considera que la Inteligencia Artificial y la RPA (Procesos de Automatización) son las tecnologías más importantes para conseguir un crecimiento en sus ingresos y en los resultados de la empresa para lograr sus objetivos de la transformación digital y estar preparados para el futuro.
Precisamente, a raíz de los resultados de la encuesta, Avanade ha identificado tres áreas clave en las que las organizaciones deben centrarse para completar con éxito su transformación digital. Estos ámbitos son: innovación, eficiencia y experiencias.
En palabras de Carles Pujol, director de Aplicaciones de Negocio de Avanade Spain, “no hay un solo camino hacia el éxito en el viaje de la transformación digital porque ninguna empresa comienza en el mismo punto y cada una tiene sus propios desafíos. Sin embargo, estamos seguros de que aquellas empresas que antes alcancen la madurez en estos tres ámbitos, serán las que obtengan mayores beneficios».
Además, los datos aportados por el estudio de Vanson Bourne refuerzan el convencimiento de Avanade sobre la importancia de estos tres ámbitos.
Innovación
El 36,1% de los encuestados en España afirmó que uno de los factores clave para impulsar la transformación digital en su empresa es lograr una mayor innovación para sus productos y servicios.
Eficiencia
Más de la mitad de los encuestados (56%) reconoció que esperan reducir costes entre un 5% y 10% gracias a la modernización y la sustitución de sistemas críticos. No obstante, también reconocen la dificultad para alcanzar esta sustitución y el 45% afirma haber invertido en nuevas tecnologías e innovaciones sin saber exactamente como integrarlas en los sistemas existentes.
Experiencias
El 77% de los encuestados dijo que las inversiones en experiencia del cliente (CX) y en experiencia del empleado (EX) deberían tener la misma prioridad. En esa misma línea, el 87% dijo que las soluciones de CX y EX son críticas para el éxito de la transformación digital, pero requieren de datos integrados y precisos.
Las conclusiones del estudio demuestran que todavía queda mucho por mejorar para conseguir sacar mayor rentabilidad a las herramientas tecnológicas, por ello Avanade apuesta por integrar las soluciones más innovadoras de su cartera de productos en todos los procesos de negocio.
