Crecimiento de la cloud: los servicios y prestaciones de esta plataforma incrementan la generación de ingresos, da la oportunidad de ampliar el conocimiento sobre los clientes y potencian la transformación digital. Según un Informe de Eurostat del año pasado, un 22% de las empresas españolas de más de 10 empleados ya utilizan los servicios en la nube para el desarrollo de su actividad y estima que el porcentaje de penetración de Servicios Cloud superará el 80% en el año 2035. 2. Identificación Digital: hasta hace poco, la mejor fórmula para identificar a un usuario eran las contraseñas, pero este sistema cada vez es más vulnerable ante el aumento de ciberataques. Actualmente la biometría de voz como herramienta de identificación para sus empleados, sobre todo, de aquellos que están teletrabajando y no acuden presencialmente a la oficina. En el caso de la biometría facial aplicada a los seguros de accidentes ya está facilitando las gestiones de este tipo de incidentes. Está claro en los próximos años este sector crecerá hasta límites que pocos pueden imaginar hoy.

Ciberseguridad como máxima: si se quiere hacer frente al incremento de los ataques a las cadenas de suministro, a la clara tendencia del aumento del ransomware contra las compañías a nivel mundial y al nuevo formato de trabajo híbrido, está claro que la tendencia para los próximos años de toda empresa en ciberseguridad va a ser las estrategias Zero Trust, gracias a esta técnica garantizarán una visibilidad y un control total de todas las capas de una compañía. Además, ahora que cada año que pase el número de dispositivos conectados a una red aumentarán exponencialmente, tanto IoT como móviles, es imperioso proteger cada uno de ellos ya que esto supone un gran número de posibles brechas de seguridad con las consecuencias que ello puede tener.
