El Instituto Nacional de Ciberseguridad (INCIBE), organismo dependiente del Ministerio de Economía y Empresa a través de la Secretaría de Estado para el Avance Digital, ha convocado una nueva edición del Premio ENISE a la mejor iniciativa escolar en materia de ciberseguridad del curso 2018/2019.
El concurso se enmarca en la décimo tercera edición del Encuentro Internacional de Seguridad de la Información (13ENISE) que se celebrará en el Palacio de Exposiciones de León los días 22 y 23 de octubre.
Con este premio se pretende potenciar e impulsar el conocimiento y desarrollo de proyectos en ciberseguridad desarrollados e implantados por los centros escolares y educativos.
Desde INCIBE recuerdan que la generación de futuros talentos en ciberseguridad pasa necesariamente por la estimulación de vocaciones desde la infancia y la adolescencia temprana y es importante promover la adquisición de habilidades y competencias en ciberseguridad en las distintas fases educativas, además de formarles dentro del conjunto de posibles salidas profesionales.
En el concurso podrán participar centros escolares de Primaria y Secundaria, así como Centros de Formación Profesional y Bachillerato de toda España.
Según establecen las bases, un mismo centro podrá enviar hasta un máximo de dos iniciativas en materia de ciberseguridad. Las iniciativas presentadas han de ser originales y haber sido implantadas o desarrolladas total o parcialmente en los centros escolares dentro del curso académico 2018/2019 con el único objetivo de fomentar la ciberseguridad entre los alumnos, profesores o padres de alumnos.
En cuanto a la temática, las iniciativas pueden estar relacionadas con aspectos formativos y de capacitación o bien preventivos, de actuación y ayuda ante situaciones problemáticas derivadas del uso de las TIC. También podrán tener como objetivo la adquisición de competencias en ciberseguridad o el fomento de las vocaciones científicas y tecnológicas, entre otras.
Dichas iniciativas pueden haber sido desarrolladas por profesores, alumnos, AMPAS o alguna combinación de dichos colectivos.
Los centros participantes optarán a un único premio consistente en una dotación económica para adquirir material tecnológico.
El jurado, formado por personas relevantes en el mundo de la ciberseguridad y la privacidad, valorará la idea y diseño de la iniciativa en cuanto a sus objetivos y su relación con el objeto del concurso, la originalidad, el grado de complejidad tanto a nivel organizativo como técnico, y el impacto obtenido. El ganador se hará público en el acto de clausura de 13ENISE, que tendrá lugar el 23 de octubre en el Palacio de Exposiciones de León.
Los centros interesados en participar en este concurso pueden enviar sus iniciativas en materia de ciberseguridad hasta el 30 de septiembre.
