España quiere hacer frente a la acogida de la industria 4.0, una tendencia que cambiará el trabajo y la economía global de este siglo. En este sentido, algunas de las empresas más punteras de este país se han reunido en el Segundo Congreso de Industria Conectada organizado por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo con el objetivo de debatir sobre las nuevas líneas tecnológicas más innovadoras que se necesitan para afrontar los retos de la transformación digital.
Rosa García, presidenta y CEO de Siemens España, ha subrayado la importancia de los datos y, por consecuente, la necesidad de que las empresas dispongan de una plataforma para alojarlos para luego sacarles valor. “Los datos bien analizados van a permitir cambiar el modelo de negocio”. Y para concienciarnos de estas cosas, la presidenta de Siemens España anima a que haya más congresos donde el Gobierno y las empresas privadas expliquen la importancia de “sumarse a este carro”. “Las personas son lo más importante y por ello es necesario una buena educación y preparación para trabajar en esta nueva era”, ha declarado.
Fernando Abril-Martorell, presidente de Indra, ha incidido en que el sector industria crea empleos de calidad ya que interacciona más con el I+D. Para él, “la digitalización es un reset que permite empezar de cero” y por ello España se encuentra ante una enorme oportunidad, una oportunidad “que tiene trampa porque si no se aprovecha se convierte en una inoportunidad”. Y para poder liderar y empujar una agenda de cambios importantes y ambiciosos, “la acción del Gobierno y las autonomías tiene que mejorar mucho”, ha confesado.
Por su parte, el presidente de Telefónica España Emilio Gayo, ha hecho énfasis en los retos a los que debe enfrentarse el país, en los que ha destacado romper la barrera de la confianza digital –puesto que hay muchas empresas que no han empezado a transformarse–, aflorar y explotar el talento digital, y promover la innovación y el emprendimiento. “Las empresas e instituciones tienen mucho que decir para que se despliegue todo el país”, ha dicho. “Las grandes compañías pueden aportar experiencia a las pequeñas y ayudarlas a priorizar por su pequeño margen de maniobra”.
El gobierno y la gestión de las tecnologías, la calidad de los datos y la ciberseguridad han sido los factores de más relevancia para Rafael García Meiro, CEO de AENOR. Sin embargo, el directivo cree que existe una falta de inversión y talento digital. “Las empresas que no pueden acceder a financiación tienen más dificultades para la digitalización y por ello se deberían poner más medios a su alcance”, ha explicado, aunque según su criterio el Ministerio sí que hace una excelente labor.
También ha tenido la palabra Juan Pedro Moreno, presidente de Accenture, quien ha definido el gran impacto que está teniendo la tecnología en la industria: el surgimiento de empresas inteligentes y conectadas a terceros y a sus propios trabajadores. “La tecnología es el arma para mantener la ola de competitividad”, ha expresado. “Hay que tener coraje y canibalizarse. La creación de un plan es muy importante para poder medir y cumplir. Se trata de transformar el core de tu negocio”.
Y por último y desde una perspectiva totalmente diferente, Juan Manuel González Serna, presidente de Grupo SIRO, también ha participado en el debate con el objetivo de plasmar que la transformación digital es necesaria –sobre todo en su campo- con el fin de sobrevivir y por las personas, “porque sin ellas no hacemos nada”. Por eso para él es importante reflejar que la tecnología ayuda a los seres humanos, no los sustituye. Concretamente, en su negocio las nuevas líneas de innovación sirven para entender qué quiere el consumidor, no solo en el presente sino también en el futuro.
