Extremadura lidera el ranking, seguida por Navarra, País Vasco, Islas Canarias y Cataluña, según GfK DAM.
Desde los últimos años, la vida de cualquier individuo ya no puede entenderse sin el ámbito digital. Cada vez hay más actividades clave en el día a día de las personas en las que está presente Internet, desde la compra de productos, las interacciones personales y hasta las gestiones relacionadas con la administración pública.
Analizando los datos del mes de mayo de 2022, se obtienen aprendizajes muy reveladores sobre el volumen del consumo digital de los internautas de cada comunidad autónoma y, sobre todo, su implicación con entidades públicas, tales como los gobiernos autonómicos, los portales sanitarios de cada comunidad y, por último, las televisiones de carácter regional.
Por ejemplo, se observa que la mayoría de las comunidades autónomas españolas poseen sites de su gobierno autonómico con un tráfico muy considerable, situándose en el top 20 de webs y canales digitales más visitados por sus habitantes. Tal es el caso de Extremadura que, como se desarrolla más adelante, donde los sites de la Junta han sido visitados por el 60% de los internautas residentes en esa comunidad, posicionándose como la novena entidad con más tráfico al ser comparada con otros portales de ocio, información o comercio.
Así lo demuestran los datos de GfK DAM, la unidad de negocio de la consultora alemana GfK que se encarga de medir las audiencias digitales en nuestro país, registrando todo el consumo de contenidos digitales que realizan los internautas en España desde sus distintos dispositivos, ya sea PC, tablet o smartphone. Estos datos sirven de referencia al mercado publicitario y de contenidos, así como a cualquier empresa interesada en mejorar su estrategia digital.
El enfoque de GfK DAM se basa en un panel single-source que registra el comportamiento digital de los individuos independientemente del dispositivo y del formato, tanto a nivel nacional como distinguiendo entre comunidades autónomas.
Atendiendo a los datos reportados por GfK DAM, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis de la cobertura de los sitios web de los gobiernos autonómicos, la sanidad pública y la televisión regional, con el objetivo de determinar cuáles de ellos son visitados por mayor número de personas.
De un tiempo a esta parte, la digitalización ha propiciado que Internet sea uno de los espacios comunes y de contacto entre los gobiernos autonómicos y la población. El acceso a trámites públicos y el impulso de la transparencia a los datos de las entidades gubernamentales son algunas de las claves de estos sites, a los que los ciudadanos también acceden para consultar noticias e información relativa a las administraciones de sus comunidades.
La comunidad autónoma que lidera en cuanto a cobertura en su población es Extremadura, que tiene los habitantes más activos digitalmente con su gobierno regional: cerca de 6 de cada 10 habitantes han visitado los sites de la Junta en el último mes. De hecho, se trata del noveno sitio con mayor uso digital de toda la comunidad, si se la compara con el total de espacios visitados.
Navarra, País Vasco, Islas Canarias y Cataluña completan el Top 5 de CCAA que más consiguen atraer a sus ciudadanos a los canales digitales de sus gobiernos autonómicos, registrando cifras de cobertura superiores al 45% y superando a comunidades como, por ejemplo, Madrid, que roza el 40% de cobertura digital.
La Rioja, Galicia y Aragón poseen los portales sanitarios públicos con más tráfico en España
En relación con la posición que ocupa cada entidad respecto al resto de espacios digitales, resulta muy revelador. Y es que, tanto en el caso de Extremadura como en otros gobiernos como Navarra y País Vasco, sus webs y apps son de las más visitadas por los internautas, hasta el punto de situarse entre las 10 con mayor tráfico, es decir, superando a múltiples sitios de información, e-commerce y entretenimiento.
También destacan por su posición competitiva los puntos de contacto online del Gobierno de Canarias (11), Generalitat de Catalunya (11), Junta de Andalucía (11), Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia (13), Generalitat Valenciana (13), Gobierno de La Rioja (13), Junta de Castilla y León (14), Castilla-La Mancha (14), Xunta de Galicia (15) y Comunidad de Madrid (16), todos ellos, entre los 20 sitios más visitados por los internautas de cada comunidad.
Los resultados anteriores denotan un alto nivel de digitalización por parte de la población usuaria de esos servicios, así como una elevada capacidad para gestionar grandes volúmenes de tráfico por parte de las administraciones.
Otro análisis clave para la esfera pública es el acceso de los ciudadanos a los portales sanitarios a nivel regional, a los sites y apps correspondientes a la gestión de la salud de cada comunidad, en los que los internautas realizan actividades como la consulta de información sobre los centros médicos, así como la solicitud de citas telefónicas y presenciales tanto en medicina general como con especialistas.
Las CCAA líderes son La Rioja, donde Rioja Salud ha recibido la visita de un 53% de su población internauta, así como Galicia, con más del 45% de cobertura en Servizo Galego de Saude, el duodécimo canal digital con más visitas en mayo por los internautas residentes en la comunidad gallega. Podría decirse que se tratan de las zonas de España con una población más habituada a realizar sus gestiones a través de canales digitales.
De hecho, su engagement supera a comunidades como Cataluña, que registra un 25% de cobertura en los servicios digitales de La Meva Salut, o la Comunidad de Madrid, ligeramente inferior a la cifra catalana en su servicio de Cita Sanitaria Madrid (22%), así como a otras regiones españolas como la norteña Asturias (18%) o Islas Baleares (17%), Extremadura (16%) y Cantabria (14%).
Además del gobierno y la gestión de la salud, otros sitios clave para la población respecto sus servicios autonómicos son los medios de comunicación. Pero… ¿cuál es la incidencia de los mismos, concretamente de la televisión, a nivel autonómico? ¿Gozan de buena acogida las televisiones de cada comunidad entre los habitantes de dicha CCAA?
Sin duda, el grupo audiovisual que sobresale especialmente es CCMA (Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals), que se posiciona como la TV más potente a nivel de cobertura digital, con un dato del 23% entre los internautas que residen en Cataluña. Le sigue muy de cerca a solo 0,4 puntos porcentuales EITB (Euskal Irrati Telebista), que se torna la televisión más consumida no solo en País Vasco, sino también en Navarra.
El nivel de implicación de catalanes y vascos respecto el consumo digital de sus televisiones públicas es muy elevado, muy por delante de otras televisiones como la Radio Televisión Principado de Asturias (13%), el Canal de Extremadura (12%) o Telemadrid (10,2%) en la Comunidad de Madrid.
En definitiva, tal y como señala David Sánchez, Digital Solutions Director en GfK, “Los servicios públicos resultan clave en la vida de los ciudadanos en toda España, aunque su nivel de uso online varía dependiendo de la comunidad autónoma analizada, donde se pueden percibir distintas estrategias, y por consiguiente, nivel de implicación de los ciudadanos a los que se dirigen”.
En cualquier caso, aspectos como la gestión de la salud, el gobierno o la información y el entretenimiento están cada vez más profundamente vinculados con los canales digitales. Y las administraciones públicas tienen que volcarse en ellos.
