La inauguración presencial en el Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid, contó con Nadia Calviño, Vicepresidenta segunda y ministra de Economía y Transformación Digital del Gobierno de España; Miguel Ángel García Martín, Viceconsejero de Presidencia y Transformación Digital de la Comunidad de Madrid; y Fernando de Pablo, director general de la Oficina Digital del Ayuntamiento de Madrid
El Congreso ASLAN2021 HYBRID cierra sus puertas, esta vez digitales, habiendo alcanzado los 4.000 participantes y cumplido el objetivo de expansión por el territorio al sumar más de un 40% de asistentes procedentes de fuera de la Comunidad de Madrid. Además, se ha incrementado un 12% la participación en las distintas conferencias que han tenido lugar, tanto en los sendos Encuentros Nacionales de AA.PP y Sectores Clave, como en los fórums dedicados a Cybersecurity&Data Management y a Cloud&Innovation.
Esta cita, que cumplía su 28ª edición, se consolida como el evento profesional más importante del sector tecnológico en España, creado y apoyado por la industria TIC. Durante el acto de inauguración, tanto el presidente de la Asociación @aslan, Ricardo Maté, como Nadia Calviño, Vicepresidenta segunda y ministra de Economía y Transformación Digital del Gobierno de España, han destacado la importancia del sector tecnológico para la recuperación económica del país y el papel fundamental que juegan en el proceso de transformación digital.
«La pandemia ha tenido un impacto muy fuerte en la economía y en la sociedad, pero hay una palabra clave: Transformación Digital. Es el elemento dinamizador que va a hacer que nuestro país salga adelante. Los que estamos en este ecosistema tenemos una oportunidad y una responsabilidad para llevar a cabo todo este proceso. Además, ahora, vamos a contar con los fondos de recuperación europeos; el Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia; y la Agenda 2025 que debe ayudarnos, a los que formamos parte de este ecosistema, a relanzar la economía de nuestro país», explicó Maté.
Por su parte, la Vicepresidenta segunda y ministra de Economía y Transformación Digital del Gobierno de España señaló en su intervención: «Este Congreso representa a un sector absolutamente clave para el presente y para el futuro de nuestro país y en un momento particular. Es un momento singular, primero, porque la pandemia ha supuesto una aceleración vertiginosa, exponencial, del proceso de Transformación Digital en nuestro país y en todo el mundo. Hemos descubierto desde hace un año una parte de nuestras vidas debía pasarse al mundo digital y ha sido así gracias a las redes de comunicaciones, a las infraestructuras y al excelente servicio que presta el sector TIC; y, en segundo lugar, porque tenemos un plan de recuperación y una oportunidad única para que este proceso de digitalización sea una de las palancas fundamentales para reconstruir el futuro».
Por otro lado, tanto Miguel Ángel García Martín, Viceconsejero de Presidencia y Transformación Digital de la Comunidad de Madrid, como Fernando de Pablo, Director General de la Oficina Digital del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, han mostrado su apoyo al sector TIC y a la Asociación @aslan para seguir creciendo y posicionar el Congreso como un referente a nivel nacional e internacional.
Francisco Verderas, Director Gerente de la Asociación, tras el cierre de esta 28º edición considera que «la Asociación ha hecho un esfuerzo por reinventar su actividad más importante y las empresas asociadas participantes están muy satisfechas con los resultados. Ahora hay que seguir trabajando para potenciar las relaciones entre participantes y empresas con la vista puesta en la próxima edición que será presencial los días 2 y 3 de febrero de 2022«.
Este año el encuentro ha contado con 114 ponentes en un amplio programa de conferencias divididos en varios foros con intervenciones de los responsables de innovación y tecnología de Administraciones Públicas, Empresa Privada, Fabricantes Tecnológicos, Proveedores IT e Integradores. El objetivo era proporcionar una visión 360° de los avances en innovación tecnológica y ciberseguridad, incrementar el networking y acercarse a las necesidades de digitalización de las PYME.
En este sentido, además del programa de conferencias, se han creado nuevos espacios digitales con los que alcanzar interacciones de calidad entre profesionales y empresas participantes. Durante las próximas semanas la Asociación tiene previsto realizar reuniones en formato «FastNetworking» sobre temas muy específicos de actualidad como la aplicación de 5G o la inteligencia artificial en sectores clave de la economía nacional, en los que pondrá en contacto a las empresas participantes con responsables de tecnología de empresas y administraciones públicas.
Por otro lado, como ya es tradicional, se celebró con aforo limitado la ceremonia de entrega de los Galardones de los Premios @aslan a directivos y mejores casos de éxito de las AA.PP., a los que se han presentado cerca de un centenar de proyectos.

La Asociación @aslan cuenta con 145 empresas asociadas y un ecosistema de 73.500 profesionales con los que se impulsa un amplio Plan de Actividades anual. Asimismo, forma parte del Consejo Nacional Consultivo para la Transformación Digital del Ministerio de Asuntos Económicos y Transformación Digital, y a través de los Grupos de Expertos y Comisiones de Trabajo está apoyando los distintos planes de Agenda Digital, infraestructuras, 5G, IA y PYMES puestos en marcha por el Gobierno de España.
